I am sure that everyone has their own taste when it comes to eating pizza. Good news, when you ever get the chance to travel here in Baguio City, Zio's Pizzeria is here to serve you the best Pizza dishes in town.
With three branches to choose from (Military Cut-off, Magsaysay Avenue and their latest branch in Leonard Wood).
Zio's Pizzeria stands out from the rest of the competition with their unique flavor combinations, friendly food tags, and their continuous improvement of food quality and service.
Let's cut to the chase and discuss what's important shall we? First, I am happy to see that Zio's has a big parking space for their customers, and they also have a security guard which is a plus factor for the safety of the guests. They possess a relaxing ambiance with a color combination of orange, yellow and brown. These colors are cool for the eye and makes you feel at ease.
Management is also sensitive to their guest's sit preference (smoking and non-smoking area). The establishment has a separate comfort room for male and female and has a common wash area. Most importantly, a fire extinguisher can be easily spotted which is good for the safety of the customers and the establishment alike.
The establishment is also big enough to cater at least 50-60 people at best (or maybe even more, not sure on this one).
Now, it is time to discuss the pizza's that I've tasted in Zio's Pizzeria:
1) Quattro Formaggi:
I will never forget this flavor. The time that I had taken a bite at this pizza, I was amazed and astonished at how good this recipe is. I did not know that the combination of these four cheeses will be this good (Ricotta, Cheddar, Parmesan, and Mozzarella). It resembles the taste of a fresh bibingka and something like a cupcake taste. But whats more amazing is how soft and tender the crust is. Its as if you are chewing a bread. I promise each and everyone of you, that you will crave for more once you have tasted this amazing dish.
2) Beef Melanzana :
Now, this dish is a first one to me, beside the crisp and tender crust, it contains a special ingredient which is often considered a viand here in the Philippines. That ingredient that I am talking about is the "talong" (eggplant). I am happy that it combines well with beef. It gives you a contrasting flavor with the beef and the eggplant. I'm sure that all of you will also enjoy this unique pizza flavor once you get a hold and take a bite of this dish.
Wew. The best ka Jaytee. :)
